Sophie's classes are always meticulously planned with a clear focus. She uses a wide variety of exercises and methods and always has modifications on hand to cater for all fitness levels or any injuries. Sophie makes her classes fun while still being challenging for everyone, she continually encourages and motivates everyone in the class and ensures everyone is performing the exercises correctly. Sophie has excellent knowledge of all things fitness and is just lovely. I really love her classes!"

"I've got to be honest, when I initially heard about my usual classes were going to be taken over by Soph I was really apprehensive as to whether I'd like having a female trainer as I'd never had one before, but now I find myself only booking onto Soph's sessions because they're better than I ever imagined! She's fun, she's knowledgeable, she pushes you to improve and her sessions have such a huge variety so you never get bored! I always look forward to training with Soph, even at 6 in the morning which is saying something! So yeah 11/10 get Sophie as a trainer - I'd definitely recommend!"

She quickly learns your ability which is exactly what you want from a coach as she knows when to push you and when you have hit your limit! She really does get the best out of you each session and I can honestly say some of her workouts have been the best an toughest I have done. Can't recommend Soph enough!"
